The Last God offers a promising world filled with rich lore, but its execution falls short. While the artwork is visually stunning, the narrative struggles to maintain a coherent pace and clarity.
The story's pacing is uneven, often feeling rushed or overly detailed. The frequent shifts between the Age of Olvargolad and the Age of Tyrgolad can be confusing, especially without more explicit indicators. The introduction of numerous characters and intricate worldbuilding elements can overwhelm readers, and some details are introduced only to be neglected later.
Despite its potential, The Last God ultimately feels like a missed opportunity. While the story's core concepts are intriguing, the execution lacks the necessary focus and clarity to fully engage the reader.

This is the last volume of the comic so far and it takes you on the journey where everyone meets Patricia Tannis and gets to know her back-story and how she would aid in finding and opening the vault. This was by far the best book of the whole series, a lot of humour here and there and again, the art was fantastic, the dialogues were a little overwhelming because of the jargon. But overall it was great.

Modern approach to the greatest and biggest epic, loved the art. This included mainly the parts of the story involving the war. Grant Morrison can do no wrong.

The story behind, how the first vault hunters, even though from different planets, ended up on Pandora and became the first vault hunters. Short comic with 4 issues. Just like the last book, the art is great and so were the dialogues but I was a little disappointed with the progression of this one.

Short back-stories about the very first vault hunters, Roland, Lilith, Mordecai and Brick. Art is great and so are the dialogues. It's a quick read with only 4 issues for any Borderlands fan.

The whole concept was fantastic. The cyberpunk setting was awesome and to the point, but I could not appreciate the 2nd half of the story, involving the whole tokyo side and the purification. The art is one of the best I've ever seen, The characters were very catchy and noteworthy. It's sad it ended too soon and was too fast paced to cherish the parts you actually like.

Includes short versions of stories from Norse mythology, ranging from the creation of the universe to the mischiefs of Loki. Great first book for someone who wants to enter themselves into the world of Norse Mythology.
