This is going to be short, I want you to experience this goodness for yourself and plus, I'm trying my hardest to keep everything spoiler free.

You've read/ listened to American Queen and American Prince already? Yes? Good! So, you know how AP ended, that was a jaw-dropping scene, right? All those revelations, poor Ash. And what is going to happen next? Gah! It was too much for me to bear, I couldn't possibly wait for the audiobook, I had to eyeball the book instead, yes, you read that right, I read a book... with my eyes gasp and it was so worth it!

Oh, my word! Just when I thought Sierra Simone couldn't improve on a story anymore, just when I thought she couldn't possibly add any more twists she goes and hits it out of left field. Her talent amazes me. If you loved American Queen and American Prince you will adore American King. The story comes to its conclusion so beautifully. It broke me, and it put me back together again. I cried, sobbed even, I laughed, I cheered. I think I experienced every emotion known to a human during this book, it was intense and worth every tear, and every penny.

Ash, Greer, and Embry continue to amaze me with their love. It is incredibly beautiful. The sex scenes are smoking hot, I'm talking melt your kindle type of hot. But they are also important to the storyline, they make perfect sense and cause quite a few swooning moments. Abilene continued to make me mad but also sad, she has issues that required help. Morgan and Merlin finally earned my approval. This book is filled with characters to love and to hate and to love to hate lol. I adored them all for different reasons.

Side-note: If you don't believe a heart is big enough to love more than one person and don't believe the message of love is love, this is not the book for you. Some scenes may be difficult to read, if you have any set triggers please give me a shout and I'll help you with details. Know that each scene has a purpose.
