This book is really helpful for those who want to improve themselves and be a better version of themselves. We all may or may not know about journaling or sometimes we are lazy too but all that we need is some motivation to start journaling, try to understand about ourselves more, we should practice gratitude, have a plan, have a goal.
I thought It will take more time to read such a big book and all it was like entries to help us and was written in a lucid way making this non-fiction an enjoyable and inspiring book.
I really want to thank the author for inspiring, motivating, and guiding me to have a better version of myself. This is a pakka(super) self-development book where you can learn about systematic journaling and focusing on your goals and the plans in your life.
