Desmond a rejoint les rangs des Assassins. A leurs côtés, il se lance dans la quête d'un mystérieux artefact aux pouvoirs effrayants. Pour le retrouver, il doit notamment revivre le passé de son ancêtre romain, Aquilus. Traqué par les Templiers, confronté à une trahison au sein de son propre camp, Desmond va découvrir que se replonger dans le passé a un prix qui dépasse tout ce qu'il a pu imaginer.

It's been a while since I've played the game, so I don't quite remember it. But if you don't want to play the game and only read the books, you can do that; they follow the same story.
The last 50 pages were long-winded and could've been summed up faster.
