Cat is definitely coming into her own now, and her relationship with Bones is portrayed far more healthily than most in the paranormal romance category. I love the fact that she demands that he permit her to stand as his equal, rather than treat her like a delicate thing to be protected.
The plot is more interesting than I recall in previous excursions, while building on the earlier books. I know there's another volume either planned or on the shelves, and I plan to read it. I wasn't so sure after the last book, but I'm glad I gave this one a chance.
I still contend that the cover art, no matter how lovely, shows a woman in a position that cannot be obtained by any human who wants to walk again. Cat is supposed to be half-vampire, but that hasn't been said to give her more flexibility—increased strength, speed, and healing power, yes, but not this sort of oddity. Yes, it's a minor nit to pick, but it has bugged me since the first time I saw the cover.
The drama in this one was a bit too much for me. I didn't really get what Patra's motivation was, it was confusing and I ultimately didn't care THAT much. I feel like Patra could've been a much cooler story given her back story and she sounds like the wronged one in her backstory so I also kinda felt bad for her and couldn't get behind the war.
Best Cat & Bones so far. I always seem to enjoy it when a human (or in this case, human-ish) steps up and accepts vampire responsibilities.

At Grave's End (Dramatized Edition) is a graphic audio published by the company Graphic Audio and written by Jeaniene Frost, based on the third book in her Night Huntress series, At Grave's End. In this book someone new is after our favorite couple, we meet new but also very old vampires, there's a ton of action, and even some sad and emotional bits. This addition to the series was a roller coast, one that I want to continue to ride.
There was only one thing I didn't like, and that was the minor sexual assault that happens to Cat while she's in the club scene. She does end up <spoiler>beating up the people who touched her without permission,</spoiler> so I supposed there was that at least.
There weren't many spicy scenes in this, if I remember correctly there was one. It was done well so I enjoyed it. I'm giving the spicy scenes three chilies 🌶️🌶️🌶️ out of five chilies
Each addition to this series is better than the last, and book 3 (Dramatized) is no exception. I'm so delighted to be experiencing this series for the first time. I'm giving this 5 out of 5 stars instead.

I listened to this for free on [Hoopladigital.com]
Strong female heroine, sexy male partner, memang sih mengingatkan kita sama Buffy & Angel. Klo Sarah Michelle Gellar mmg udh seliweran di bbrp film jadi ak langsung kepincut sama David Boreanaz.
Sejauh ini masih suka sama seri ini, konfliknya, romance nya, serba pas & gk berlebihan.
I definitely like this series more now. Bones and Cat have both grown so much and they don't infuriate me quite as much as they used to. I've fallen in love with the world as a whole and will definitely be reading more.
This book was over the top! It was still fun to read, and I will be continuing on with the series, but I am still stuck on the whole master vampires can fly. And lord knows what else.
This installment has one of Cat's team requesting to be turned into a vampire, old grudges threaten Cat's life and those around her, and Mencheres and Bones get a little cuddly. I am a little over how in love everyone seems to be with Cat, why does everyone have to have a hard on for the main characters so much? Tate really enjoys riling up Bones this installment, which is pretty funny most of the time.
