This volume collects BATMAN #635-641, #645-50 and BATMAN ANNUAL #25.
Batman is confronted with a hidden face from the past - it's the return of the vigilante Red Hood who appears to be Batman's one-time partner Jason Todd, the same Jason Todd that died many years ago. But the Red Hood's violent ways pit him against the Dark Knight in his hunt for the very person responsible for his death: The Joker.

Wow, let me say firstly if you one take one thing away from this review this is a Graphic Novel that any Batman/DC fan shout read, its EPIC!
As a big Batman fan this is one I've wanted to read for a while, grabbing it from my shelf I flew though over half the book in one sitting only stopping because of work #grownup.
I love the emotional storyline and how we see Batman/Bruce struggle with the familiarity of the Red Hood, this comic is well written, beautifully drawn with an in your face art style that works perfectly well, I especially loved the cameos from so many major DC characters once the story kicked off.
10/10 comic and it makes me want to go back and play Arkham Knight all over again!
Well I read this one a while back and I since had not marked it as read went ahead and read it all over again. The first impression remains. Its certainly a well crafted revival story with deep introspection from Batman as he searches for answers to questions which may not have any. His interrogation of Superman and Arrow are pretty interesting in this regard. The Red hood also I believe paved the way for Red Robin which was another interesting storyline. All in all highly recommended!
