The author mentions yoga, enneagram, and other such things that personally I find don't really mix with Christianity. Putting that aside, the book is so practical and filled with suggestions, book recommendations that may make it worthwhile to be read as long as one is careful to see if the suggestions actually align with God's word. If Goodreads would have a half-star rating, I'd give it 2.5.
