Becoming Dallas Willard

Short Review: This is the type of biography that I think should be considered Spiritual biography. It is focused, as was Dallas Willard, on the ongoing spiritual formation of Willard. And while that isn't what everyone wants in a biography, I think it is what is really helpful for a Christian biography.

This isn't hagiography. A whole, but flawed person is presented here.

I mostly knew Willard because of the people that he mentored and influenced, although I had previously read three of his books. But I finished the book and immediately picked up several of Willard's books and I think I will read his books in the future with much more insight into what he is writing about.
