It wasn't a bad book by any means but I know that I'm never gonna think about this book ever again. And it was also kinda unrealistic and cringe sometimes. I found myself cringing and rolling my eyes at some parts. And there is such a thing as too much smut because it came to a point were it became a little tiring to read and I'd find myself counting the pages to see when it'd be over.
Overall this was an enjoyable read and definitely read this if you want a boy-obsessed, sweet spicy romance.
This was a good one. Like several of my friends, I'm also finding some of the pet names used in a few of my recent contemporary romance novels a bit skeevy. I wasn't at all fond of the brute hockey player giving the FMC the moniker of “songbird”. Just noooo.
However, I did enjoy it, and would recommend it to those of my friends who haven't read it.

This was terrible. They literally lust after each other for chapters, jamie literally utters only few words, and suddenly he is in love with her? Man i don't know something doesnt add up here
Se isto foi um pedaço de literatura? Não. Se foi um bom entretenimento? Foi, sim senhor.
The pining!!! The spice!!! This was so unexpected but I'm so happy. I loved this so much, it was such a fun read.
Jamie is so god damn sweet. After his new assistant Pippa shows up at his door, his old high school crush, his world completely turns upside down.
She's in his house, loving his dog, being nice to his mom, just existing. It's too much - she's his assistant and they can't be together. Right?
Pippa just broke up with her long time boyfriend. They were on a music tour together, and he ordered her a car to the airport but didn't tell her they were ending things. He never believed in her own songwriting ability so her confidence was crushed.
Jamie knows she can sing, and he encourages her to keep “getting back on the ice”. His confidence in her makes her feel strong and brave.
This book was spicy AF and so full of love and sweetness
