Belong to Me

Belong to Me is a great, fun summer read! Gaelen Foley and her sister, Jaz, have excellent storytelling capabilities. The ease with which the reader understands what is going on inside the heads of the characters make it so much fun to read. It is a charming book set in a town that anyone would want to run away to. Zander Pierce is a multilayered and complex character, and I have a major crush on him. This is just what I expect from a Foley/Kennedy book. Kate is charming and maddening all at the same time, which contributes to the fun ride. It is easy to slip into the authentic characters, and the secondary characters are enjoyable, complex and fun to read too. These two sisters deliver delectable stories and characters! Just what the doctor ordered for hot summer nights! Enjoy!
