In a small shop, Benji sees a beautiful but very expensive orange kite. Benji takes on all kind of jobs to earn the money to buy it. Then finally, the day comes when he can fly the kite. An inspiring picture book about ambition, perseverance, and kite-flying. Full color.

Benji is a kite whisperer. He has a lot of trouble keeping his kites, however, so he always needs to get more. He works hard for his mom to earn enough money to buy a new kite, and he has a wonderful time flying his kite. When it is time to go, Benji decides to set the kite free.
