Beyond the Desert Sands

Really liked this one even though I was expecting it to be an actual series number with related characters. I'm always a hard sell on the “unlikeable character” and I don't often get won over at all. But in this case I really enjoyed her awakening and her character arc.

Of course, the question all through the story is not if she will awaken, but if she will do so in time to prevent tragedy! There are plenty of sad and sweet moments along the way to keep the story moving along and any reader is sure to both “awww” and cry.
