Not my favorite in the series. It felt like I was dropped into the middle of a series that I had not read the first book.
Muse is half-demon. She tries to blend in among humans, and does a pretty good job until she starts getting attacked. It can only be one person behind the attacks, but she refuses to believe it. She must embrace her inner demon before it's too late. This might be a great book, but the narration was so horrible that I had a hard time getting through it. It's doubtful that I will continue the series, but if I do, I will just read them, not listen to them.
Great book! This was gripping from page 1, an excellent subject and easy to read albeit too short. I understand it's the first in the series so I shall be reading the rest!
