Bunker Man

Scottish janitor Rob Catto sees a pervert preying on students in his school and decides to bring him to justice. When the pervert turns out to be nothing more than a wandering homeless man, Catto refuses to acknowledge his mistake, framing the man so he can play out his role as society's avenger.
