Noel Niihashi and Ninny Spangcole are witches. They work for the Wing Bind in Reverse London their job is to deal with dragons. Either the domesticated ones that get used for resources or the eradicating the violent ones. There are two Londons...Front London, where the humans have no idea that dragons exist and believe Reverse London. Reverse London is not a myth at all, residents here can see dragons and they are fully aware of Front London. But although they are two separate places they are still somehow linked.

It's been a long time... A LONG TIME..since I've read any manga. So while I didn't LOVE this tome I certainly didn't hate it. I'm definitely into the witches and dragons story line and I'm excited to see where it goes from here.

This was a really short read. I did have to read it multiple times in order to process it. The art is well done and captivating. The concept itself was based on the theme of witches and dragons in the modern world. Considering how short it was, they did a good job of getting their point and main world mechanics across.
