Captive Prince: Volume Two

This book. Ugh.
It was so much better than the first one. A looot less disturbing scenes, brutal sex (even rape) and more gentle, love making scenes.
I can't even describe how much my heart hurts for Laurent. I've come to like him a lot as a character, as I got to know him better. And I keep thinking of his reaction when he's going to find out that Damen is actually Damianos. It's going to be really bad, isn't it?
But I am so glad they have each other, at least for now. It's obvious that Laurent brings out the best in Damen, and that Damen has helped Laurent so much through this book.
I was even sorry for Aimeric's character, even though he did some pretty horrible things, he didn't deserve to die like that, his suicide made me sad and I felt so sorry for him. And for Jord, poor Jord.
I can't wait to read the next book and see what happens!
