Cold Blooded Brew

The fourth entry in the Killer Coffee Mystery series, Cold Blooded Brew is a delightful addition to the lineup. Roxy Bloom is brewing up a storm at the Bean Hive, but there's another storm brewing, too. Hillary Canter is running the show for Pam Horton's upcoming wedding, and she's ticking off a lot of people in the process. So when Hillary is found stone dead in front of the Bean Hive, there's no shortage of suspects to choose from. Babette Cliff, the event coordinator for the wedding, ends up at the top of the list, but she swears she's innocent and asks for Roxy's help to prove it. Can Roxy put together the clues to figure out the real culprit?

I love this series. Roxy owns a coffee shop, so that right there endears her to me, because who doesn't love coffee? She's also a lawyer, as am I. Tonya Kappes makes Roxy and all of her characters people you can relate to, either because they're similar to you or because you know somebody like them. I thoroughly enjoy all of her books, and this one is no exception. Pick yourself up a copy and spend some time in Honey Springs.
