I'm digging this one. Who would have thought dealing with uncertainty was something that lots of people go through, not just me...?
This book was recommended to me by my meditation coach, and I'm not sure I was quite prepared to accept what was being offered. But, there is a lot of power in this book, a lot of really meaty concepts in the short 108 chapters.
Each of the the chapters is meant to be like a mala bead, something to think about and keep you on track while meditating. But they are really packed with wisdom. Almost too packed, in that I would find myself chewing on a sentence for a long time before moving on to the next one.
This is my first encounter with the author, but I'm certain I will be looking into her other works.
