Same as previous books, still getting less interesting. Like comfort food, this is comfort reading. I shouldn't be listening to this, but it but It just doesn't have any deal breakers for me to bother writing down.
More of 3.5 stars book, in my opinion.
I felt that this book could've done more to move the plot along. A large chunk of this book rehashed the same arguments from the previous. The same arguments from different people. The very same internal conflicts.
The last two chapters were the best part of this book, doing something for the future novels.
Book 3 and I feel the novels are getting very formulaic and it's not a very good sign.
Great read, even if whole “I'm not the hero” sentence is starting to annoy me. I understand that author tried to higlight difficult situation that Gerry found himself in, but in my opinion he over done it. If you don't suffer from alzhimer you probably got the concept rather quick and didn't need reminder every second paragraf.
