Richard Siken's *Crush*, selected as the 2004 winner of the Yale Younger Poets prize, is a powerful collection of poems driven by obsession and love. Took me 13 days to read these few 60 pages: Extremely dense reading. I would read a few poems before stopping and only picking it up days later. “A Primer for the Small Weird Loves” is my favorite.
