This should be read by every teenager confused about the “What shall I do with my life?” question. Even if you aren't, read it anyway - because what you think is right for you may not be right at all. Avoid making a costly mistake! For adults, it's never too late. It's a great guide for those wondering how to go about a change of career and lifestyle.
PS: Be sure to do the exercises. They are invaluable.
“You can't know where you're going until you know where you are.”
(and have short attention span like me)
Applying Design Thinking framework to your life (designing your life) in a meaningful and enriching way.
The writers do come across (and I'm pretty sure they are) experts and practitioners.
Reading this book at a critical decision point in your life can be super helpful as well as to make fine tuning and make mindset shifts during calm periods of your life.
I like the balance between time/pages spent on explaining the concepts, exercises and people stories.
