Destiny of the Republic

This book was amazing!! I am in awe of Garfield and what he was able to accomplish in the few months he was in office. He was a good man fighting against a corrupt system and he won. Even with his death he brought about sweeping changes that united a divided country, brought new medical treatments, and cleaned up a corrupt political system. Wow! An amazing man and a scary time in our country's history. Garfield is my new presidential crush.
Listening to this book was way better than reading it because it was so much quicker! I didn't have to put it down, so I finished it in two days! Great book, great man!
