Dr Grimsdyke falls in love with a model, only to find she is married. A cruise turns into a disaster and his role as Sir Lancelot's biographer leads to misadventure. And then there is the hypochondriac Bishop, the murder specialist Dr McFiggie, and the alarming girl from Paris. Grimsdyke and Sir Lancelot do, however, narrowly avoid imprisonment!
