A very lovely and fun read, especially in a series that was meant to include dark themes in it. The story itself is very rich in humour and witty cliches. The plot is a murder mystery plot set in a theatre production of a quest that happened 20 years ago, and being enacted by the original participants of that years-ago quest.
Would have given it 3 stars, but the Beasts in Velvet story brought it up to 4 (the one with the least Genevieve involvement). The short stories in Silver Nails (the 4th book in this omnibus) were nothing special.
