Dreams Lie Beneath

This book. Oh LORD, this BOOK. It is the perfect blend of dark fantasy, high fantasy/magic, young adult, and a storyline complex enough to keep one engaged. The “dark” part of the fantasy is not necessarily purely dark more so than it is atmospheric, but its done well...so well, in fact, that I must read more of Ross' work to see how she's built her other worlds.
