An excellent collection of short stories that add depth to the Earth Girl series.
Perhaps not for a first read of the series, but if you are planning a reread of that very rereadable series - I strongly suggest reading this collection first.
Reading this collection of short stories has reminded me why I loved the Earth Girl trilogy so much. While these stories can be read before the trilogy, and in fact take place first, I would recommend reading them after you read the trilogy as I think using them to enhance the characters would work better than this being your first introduction to the world.
