I absolutely love this book!
I have never had the time for think about all the historical context in which Esther lived, but this book was Eye-opener and I could imagine her story and really feel it.
I cannot highly recommend this book.
I received a free eBook from Netgalley but this fact didn't influence the review
Fun book with fun dialogue. Naz was believable and fun, but I just couldn't see any woman who grew up with her history encouraging such control of thoughts and words behaving like that.
I received this book as a Giveaway and didn't realize it was a true trilogy with the same couple and not successive couples.
Ugh I have a love/hate relationship with cliff hangers.
OMG I can't believe JT did that to me I thought we were besties! I've got the 2nd booked queued up ready to go but still, that's not cool, ending the book on a cliff hanger like that. As per usual JT nails it, I love the extensive character and plot development then BAM plot twist.
