The ladies in this book let their guard down and discuss in depth to their comfort level their emotional and spiritual health dealing with a multitude of life issues. Through this book, I was able to better understand my life experiences and gain a different perspective how to approach situations in the future. Your current life journey will determine how it will serve you. Overall, it was an excellent read and I highly recommend it to others.
