People never really know what women go through unless they tell you. The ladies in this book let their guard down and discuss in depth to their comfort level their emotional and spiritual health dealing with a multitude of life issues. Through this book, I was able to better understand my life experiences and gain a different perspective how to approach situations in the future. Your current life journey will determine how it will serve you. Overall, it was an excellent read and I highly recommend it to others.

Let the church say Amen. I have brought this book for several of the women in my family I continue to give my own copy away and have to order another copy. This book to me is like my Bible, I find strength to persevere from their stories This book deals with life issues, it does not matter what you’re going through day to day there is a chapter that relates to it. The great thing is that the book will help you get through it, if you’re willing to be honest with yourself. When you work on the inside of you it will show on the outside and brave the storm.
