Fire And Ice

This book would have been okay, except it utilizes two plot devices I really really really really hate in romance.

1. Pregnancy. I hate this even more in MM. I don't know what purpose it's supposed to serve, especially here. It wasn't an ongoing long-term girlfriend or wife so there was no angst from that angle. AND the two MCs were already close so it's not like they were going to bond over raising a child together. It was just utilized as a cause for a minor disappointment between the MCs. Sigh.

And even more heinous.....

2. MCs who have to be told by a third party that they're in love. It's a romance! This is the one thing I want you to figure out on your own. Take your time! We're all here waiting on you to get it. This is a bare minimum ask.
