I. Cannot. Stop. Reading. These. Books.

These books have been the perfect escape for my anxiety-ridden mind right now. I'm eagerly awaiting more from the God & Anchor series, which hits me in all my happy reading places, but I know the next book is a ways out. So I've been happily spending my free time with Golden Dragons in a post-apocalyptic world. Emma and Zohr were great! I loved Emma's independence and how Zohr views her as an equal partner that he wants to protect at any cost. The world is slowly being revealed and we're learning a bit more about where these Dragons come from. I don't need all the answers I'm just happily along for the ride. It's always great to see Claudia & Kael and Sasha & Dahk. I just wished they all worked together more. I'm super excited that Amy's story is next! I don't what to think about that damn Salorian (!!!) but I really must read the next book now. Kthxbye!

The addition of Azar is super intriguing. Multiple cliffhangers at the end of this one. With every dragon we are getting more information on this other world. Dystopian vibes to the story are also getting stronger. I've heard this series gets dark and I am ready for it.
