I know the kids love this book but it's so poorly written. What six year old speaks in whole paragraphs about their emotional state and the causes and consequences of the duress their under?
Um..this book was something else. I feel really bad for Gerald & Angel because all of the stuff they went through as kids..it's like ??? And I don't mean the book was something else in a bad way, it's just like so much happened and it made me kinda sad because no child deserves to go through what they went through. I liked how the author wrote it as a realistic situation, but I really didn't like the third person pov. Overall, it was a good book. I was satisfied with the ending.
