Billionaire Bad Boys: Rich, Powerful and Sexy as hell.
He isn't Mr. Nice Guy…
Julian Dane thought he'd hit rock bottom — until he met a woman (isn't that what they all say?). He used her and broke her heart. Now he wants to turn things around but the damage he dealt stands in his way.
Kendall Parker's unique issues have made it hard to live a normal life. Very few people understand her and she trusts even less … but she believed in Julian once, and he only betrayed her.
Now Julian is back — a new man — and determined to win Kendall's heart. But this reformed bad boy just might find that Going in Deep is harder than it looks.

Not really a huge fan of this cover. I like the graphic work, and the couple is a good representation of the couple featured. The author's name across the top and over the couple's heads is distracting though and throws off the composition. I think the “GOING IN” would have looked better lined up with the “DEEP” (slightly overlapping it) then placing the author's name under that. That would have improved the overall look of it.
I enjoyed this one a lot. Previous to this one I had only read GOING DOWN HARD so I didn't have a ton of background on these two characters. I knew Julian was an addict, and I knew he used Kendall and hurt her but that was basically all I knew about them, so maybe that is why I was able to enjoy this one so much.
Both main characters in this one were extremely likable. I loved Julian. I love that he owned his mistakes and never made excuses. He was a super sweet guy. Kendall had made mistakes of her own, and I loved seeing her moving on and making a better life for herself. I LOVED seeing her stand up for herself and Julian with Lexie and Kade. Like I said I haven't read their book (Lexie & Kade), but I didn't find them particularly likable in THIS book. I am sure they had good reasons for acting that way, but they just came across like judgy controlling assholes to me in this one.
The pace of this one was great, and it was well written. There wasn't a lot of angst. There was no OW/OM drama. In fact neither had been with others since they broke up. It had a couple of cute dogs. It had a nice collection of secondary characters as well and was topped off with a super sweet epilogue. Two thumbs up from yours truly.
