There is no doubt that Juan Rulfo is one of the best Mexican writers of all times, despite the few works he published, and there is also no doubt that there are countless books and texts written about him. Student theses of all academic levels come together alongside many essays, some better than others, about this great author. Hence Rivera Garza does not intend to write a biography, nor an analysis of his work and style. Rather, she aims to deliver a hybrid text based on one premise.
