Bawling, absolutely bawling. This series hands down made my year. This epilogue and all the povs had me soaked in tears. I didn't understand my love for these characters until it was over and now I can never move on.

I knew I just knew, Hans would be hands down my favorite man of the series and he did not disappoint. An assassin who is completely obsessed and stalking the girl next door. The girl next door who has been slightly pinning after the man across the street. Their unannounced love passed between sticky notes, horribly made baked goods, and clean Tupperware containers. Until her mail is delivered in his box, it so happens to be her boudoir picture and he can't stay away any longer.

What ensues next is so much tension, constant action, hot times, and learning to love each with their entire hearts. Hans isn't warm but for Cassie he'd be a damn furnace. Sj Tilly is undoubtedly an author I will always recommend. The characters have depth to them that makes you feel like you personally know them and the plot always keeps you itching for more. I'm going to go cry and reread these books, thank you and happy new year!

First time reader of S. J. Tilly and I think this was a good way to end my 2023, it was enjoyable. This book follows Hans, a man who lost so much two decades ago and still carries on with that pain. He lives his life destroying the people that destroyed his family all those years when he's not busy following and watching his neighbor of course. If you want your neighbor absolutely obsessed with you just take pointers from Cassie, she's figured it out. What I specifically love about this book is the different POVs at the end, definitely makes me want to read the rest of the series.
