His Word Alone

The premise of His Word Alone is simple - the best way to learn the Bible is to study the Bible. Summer Lacy reminds us that we don't need to rely on others' interpretations of God's Word to learn what He has to say to us, and we actually do ourselves a disservice when we allow Bible studies to replace time we spend reading the Word for ourselves. I love this book. I love the format with questions for thought at the end of each chapter. And I love that it's motivating me to get back to reading the Bible and not feeling like I have to have a Bible study to access what God wants me to know.
