Leap frog

A mama frog sings a leap frog song to her little frog son, encouraging him to leap all over the place, over the creek and the hilltop and even the sun and stars, but then reminding him to return home to her.

The illustrations show a little green frog leaping over things, while mama sits home, quietly awaiting the return of her son. Wish mama would leap herself now and then, but a lovely and comforting book for a child.
