Leaving Bondi

Detective novel in a series featuring Les Norton. Les expects to become a movie mogul when he invests $50,000 in an Australian meat-pie western movie, but his plans are dashed when someone puts a bomb on the film set and he gets the blame. He is forced to prove his innocence and run from the law, as well as various dodgy characters who are on his trail, including Satanists, drug dealers and nutty poets. Author is an actor and writer whose previous titles include 'The Wind and the Monkey', his most recent Les Norton mystery, and 'So What Do You Reckon?', a collection of his columns for 'People' magazine.
