Luontokuvaajan Suomi –\xa0Capturing Nature in Finland

Review in English, because the book is half in English and half in Finnish, and probably more useful to foreigners. This book is a good first introduction if you're thinking about wildlife photography in Finland: it goes through the main wildlife photography opportunities in Finland. It doesn't cover plant life, but animals and little on landscapes.

After reading the book, you know which animals are good targets for photography in Finland, and know how to get to shoot them. You'll learn that the best place in the world to photograph ospreys, for example, is in Finland (and just 20 km from my home, and I've never been there...).

The book also has some rather splendid nature photography, so it's worth browsing just for the photos.
