Massive Max fan so this book was an enjoyable read as it was mostly about Max.
The negatives for me were the fact that:
A lot of time was spent talking about stuff other than Max. I know his dad's career was important to him but I don't think it warranted multiple chapters. Similarly there was a lot of history about the Zandvoort circuit which was interesting but could have been cut down.
The actual writing wasn't the best as a lot of sentences felt quite clunky and shoe horned in. Things kept jumping around a lot so the timeline could have been planned out better.
Whoever edited this book didn't do a great job, I found multiple spelling and grammar errors which did take me out of it a bit.
