Miss Silver comes to stay

James Lassiter returns to his family home after many years away, determined to sort out the management of his late mother’s estate. When he is found murdered in his study, suspicion falls on a number of local people, including his old sweetheart Rietta Cray and her nephew. Luckily Miss Silver is visiting an old school friend in the village and sets to work unraveling local secrets.
