Missing

This one is so hard to put down! I'm loving this new series of Lisa Harris's, and am not looking forward to the wait for book three. Nikki is called in when a couple disappears from their suburban home, but leaves behind two bodies of people who'd broken in. Evidently something terrible happened, and pretty quickly it's obvious that this case is going to redefine terrible. Someone is trying to cover up a lucrative tainted drug ring and will stop at nothing to protect their profits.

Each clue builds naturally on the other, and it's a thrilling ride to follow Nikki and her friends to the end of the chase.
