Mr. Monk Goes to the Firehouse

The humour in these book series is probably funnier than in the TV series. The personality and quirks of Mr Monk that we've come to know and love are excellently portrayed through detailed language but not so much to make it a hard read. On the contrary, it was very easy to read and highly enjoyable.

The monk books are good flight reading...
