Nightfall

After reading some of the reviews on Goodreads, I'm so glad I'm not the only one having trouble getting through this book. I enjoyed the first four, but this is not the same. I really wish L.J. Smith had not written this book. It totally ruins the series. The writing is pretty bad, the story is just so convoluted, it's hard to read and understand what's going on. I'm over halfway done, but I can't bring myself to finish this one.

If you start reading the “Vampire Diaries” series, stop after Dark Reunion. Do not read The Return books.
