On Cats & Dogs: Two Tales

It's my understanding that there's only 5,000 copies of this and that why it's so hard to find and that it comprises of the stories ‘The Price' and ‘Only the End of the World Again'. I have read both of these stories, with ‘The Price' being a much stronger story.
