Zoe needs to escape her life, or at least press pause and run to someplace where she won't be recognized, after a public scandal that blew up in her face involving her fiancé. With a little help from a friend, she lands on a idyllic private resort that is a few weeks away from opening. But she doesn't know that the resort is owned by her former next door neighbor, the bad boy that she always wanted.

Ryder did a favor to his friend and accepted to help a girl who needed to take a break from her life. Little did he know that Zoe was that girl and when he finds out, he can't bring himself to cancel her flight and her vacation in his resort.

They aren't teenagers anymore and of course their lives have changed. Still, their attraction is even stronger than it used to be. Teenager Ryder managed to steer clear of Zoe because he thought he wasn't good enough for her and Zoe never even knew he was just as interested in her as she was in him. But now they're both adults, Ryder is a self-made man and nothing, even Zoe's recent public drama with her ex, stands in their way, right?

Well, not exactly...

One Night With The Billionaire is an entertaining story, the chemistry between Zoe and Ryder is great, it's an easy romantic read and all the characters in the book are lovable (except Zoe's dad and her ex-fiancé), but I would enjoy it more if their situation had been a little harder to solve especially after all of Ryder's internal struggle.
