Paris-underground

It's the personal account of a middle-aged American woman living in Paris during the German occupation. She and
a British friend helped to smuggle allied servicemen into unoccupied France.

Etta was arrested by the Gestapo and exchanged for a German woman being held in the US.

Etta died in 1948.
