When I got my hands on this little cute board book with a handle I thought that it was going to be a book with a prayer on each page to learn for toddlers, but it's not. It's not a book of prayers for girls but a book about prayers for girls. It is a book that tells how and when to pray and the types of reasons and things to say. It is a perfect format and size for my toddler to tote around. Then the text and message within the pages are perfect for my young preschooler to learn to be a girl of prayer. The illustrations are bright, fun and funny with fun descriptions of text swirling all around. I think this little book is a great place to start and next to move on toward a book of prayers to learn and share.
