It was fun, but Mia is kinda annoying in this installment, but she is a great embodiment of what a (young) teen is all about with the thoughts about love and stuff (and all that whilst dealing with her parental issues, aka being a princess).
Fun, light read. Mia is, happily,
not totally self-absorbed like many
of the adult Beyond Bridget women.
Oh my gosh, no one told me how addictive these books are!! It's like injecting princess Mia straight into my bloodstream. That was a weird way to put that. Anyway, this was a really quick, fun read. And such a perfect high school girl characterization. Bam. Onto book three.
Can be silly, but is funny. Another easy read that is just comfortable and homey.
Props to Meg Cabot with the secreet admirer storyline. It's not often I'm completely wrong on guessing something like that, but it was nice to be taken by surprise!
