Most complete book about the subject. If you're really serious about improving yourself I think you'll benefit a lot by doing all the exercises and studying it extensively.
There is that one chapter near the beginning of the book that tells you to read it multiple times over the next few weeks for the information to stick, it really requires extensive study and much repetition to get the most out of it.
Thus I feel it requires setting everything else aside and solely focusing on this one book and all information presented, and your transformation may begin.
This book is, in so many ways and for many people, a life changing one.
I've been fascinated by the methods provided by the author to literally change our life, and it's just astounding that a deep understanding of out own mind processes was already available in the 60' right before any other new discoveries.
It's a classic, and it must be read and applied.
Profoundly amazed.
I have read many self-help books now. Like the others, this one has its share of oversimplifications and platitudes, but I've concluded that if I can learn one thing from each of these books, I will be satisfied. Psycho-Cybernetics passes that bar.
